I got a free sample bottle of this from a local store. At first I was like yeah whatever just another gimmick. NOPE!! I was dead wrong. I just got done doing a 4 mile walk after having surgery and was in extreme pain from over doing myself. Rubbed some on my knees hips and shins and boom almost instant relief. Now the pain isn’t GONE it’s just duller. It did help me not be stuck to a chair feeling like I have jello legs. This stuff worked great for me especially because I’ve tried all the over the counter muscle pain relief creams and gels and they don’t last nor do they actually take any pain away. This stuff is actually pretty good. I do wish it had a bit less sticky of a texture. When it dries it gets very sticky feeling. But over all it’s a pretty good product.
